Daniel Findley Esq.
I am licensed to practice law in California and New Mexico. I received my Juris Doctorate degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. I also received a certificate of concentration in Business Law. My undergraduate degree is from Greenville University where I graduated with a degree in Education.
I have broad business law experience, having prepared multi-document construction contracts, requests for proposals, demand letters, surplus land sales, purchase agreements, and title claims. I have experience handling foreclosure and bankruptcy cases. I have experience with business formation, trademark law, and the preparation of wills. I am one of just a few attorneys in the USA with experience handling legal matters concerning racing simulation software. Finally, I have experience in handling special education matters from all sides of the table; I was a teacher before going to law school, I have represented school districts concerning a wide variety of legal concerns, and I have represented parents at hearings & IEP meetings.
